This manual is published in terms of section 51 of PAIA to help members of the public understand how to access records held by Watts Digital (Pty) Ltd.

3. The PAIA Guide
The Information Regulator has compiled a guide on how to use PAIA, available in all official languages from the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
4. Records held by Watts Digital
We hold the following categories of records, some of which may be accessible under PAIA subject to the grounds for refusal in the Act:
- Company statutory and registration records
- Financial records (invoices, accounts, tax records)
- Client records, project files and contracts
- Marketing, website and analytics records
- Employee and contractor records
- Records kept under other legislation (POPIA, the Companies Act, the Tax Administration Act)
5. How to request access
A request must be made on the prescribed form (Form 2 of the PAIA Regulations) and submitted to the Information Officer at the address above, with enough detail to identify the record and requester, the form of access required, and contact details. A prescribed request and access fee may be payable.
6. Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused on the grounds in Chapter 4 of Part 3 of PAIA, including the mandatory protection of the privacy of third parties and the commercial or confidential information of third parties.
7. Processing of personal information (POPIA)
We process personal information in accordance with POPIA. How we collect, use and protect it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

This manual is available on this website and on request from the Information Officer. It follows the format prescribed by the Information Regulator; we recommend confirming the latest requirements with a legal advisor or the Regulator.
